Fenich Trading Company FZE is a privately held UAE-based holding company. We build and operate a focused portfolio of brands in business services, e-commerce and consumer products, connecting Europe with the United Arab Emirates and the wider MENA region.
Our role is to provide the structure, strategy and discipline behind each brand we operate so they can focus on value, customers and growth.
Our story
Fenich Trading Company FZE was founded in 2022 with a clear idea: combine European market knowledge with the opportunities of the United Arab Emirates.
We started by supporting entrepreneurs with smarter, more tax-efficient business structures. From there, Fenich expanded into consumer brands and e-commerce always guided by the same principles:

Where we operate
Fenich operates primarily between the United Arab Emirates and Europe. Our holding is based in the UAE, while many of our brands serve clients and customers in the Netherlands and other European markets.
- United Arab Emirates head office location and key hub for business structures, licensing and cross-border trade.
- The Netherlands core market for services aimed at Dutch entrepreneurs and BV owners.
- Europe and MENA Region selected markets for e-commerce and consumer products as our brands expand.
